Blue Agave Caramels

1/2 Cup Demerara Sugar
1/4 Cup Sucanat
1/4 Cup Blue Agave Syrup
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan.  Bring to a boil stirring                                                        constantly until the temperature reaches 255 degrees Fahrenheit.                                                Pour into molds and cool.
