Up Late Working and Loving It…

This afternoon I was asked to write an article on what to eat to reduce stress while remodeling. First thing that came to mind was foods high in B vitamins and low in sugar.

Then I thought. It really isn’t so much what you eat that helps reduce the stress, but how you cook that food. Eating out adds an additional expense to your remodel. Eating donuts, burgers, and pizza doesn’t help either. No, not so much what you eat but how you cook it. And there are several ways to go about that.
